According to the current situation of water pollution,investigation the water bodyrestoration technology at home and abroad,and choose suitable repair technologyaccording to the water quality characteristics of Yellow River diversion source water.Adopting artificial aquatic mat and suspension ball to natural hang film, usingbiological functionto purif water quality,by comparing two carrier water purificationthe effect of propaganda and practical application of select the best carrier, and thecarrier of water purification effect, biomass, biological activity and biologicalmembrane population result system analysis, and eventually used in pilot project.Made the following main results:(1) Through the comparison the suspension ball and artificial aquatic mat toremove UV254, nitrate nitrogen, total nitrogen, chlorophyll a and the actual use toscreen ecological carrier.And the result shows that the artificial aquatic mat is theideal ecological carrier to improve the Yellow River diversion water quality.(2) The study found that extended hydraulic retention time can improve totalnitrogen removal, and at the same time will result in the increase of permanganateindex, finally choosing HRT=7d for better hydraulic retention time, this time theecological carrier on the removal rate of total nitrogen is31.4%. Increase the flowvelocity can remove more algae, the removal rate of chlorophyll a increasedfrom13.4%to20.7%. But the increase of flow velocity gave no use to increasedremove rate of total nitrogen. Using artificial aquatic mat can effective cut downnitrogen and algae,but the remove rate concern with raw water concentration.(3) Through the microscopic found algae and the raw water animals attached onthe ecological carrier,also found screw mollusks and some fish roe,which make up thespecial ecological system of in situ purification. Using PCR-DGGE technical analysisshows that the population structure of ecological carrier containing bluebacteriaadhere to ecological carrier,and fluorescent pseudomonas which can take off thenitrogen,and pseudomonas aeruginosa which has ablity to dissolve algae role. Thecarrier of biomass and biological activity of analysis shows that the biomass and biological activity with the direction of flow gradually reduced, the actual carrierdecorated provides theory basis.(4) Adopt the solar energy and wind power rich oxygen aeration demonstrationarea to improve water quality in situ purification of auxiliary ecological carrier.Thewater environment of the improvement in biological membrane of the aging can falloff as soon as possible, biological membrane updated speed increased purificationefficiency, and speed up the water but also inhibit the growth of algae. After a monththe pilot project can remove20%of oxygen consumption and10%of chlorophylla.But biological membrane system is not mature of ammonia nitrogen and totalnitrogen removal is not obvious.
