The two stroke cycle engine application field is very widespread,Mainly manifesting is that high output power and dynamic performance is well and so on.However, compared with the four-stroke engine,also there are many shortcomings.Such as fuel oil consumption rate is high,exhaust emissions is a serious problem.The main reason is that two stroke cycle uninstallment independent lubrication system.The lubricating Oil and fuel will be mixed together enter into the combustion chamber to burn.The fuel mixture can not be fully burning,Therefore it will a large number of combustion deposits be generated in the combustion chamber.The existence of CCD will affect the work stability,the life of internal combustion,work reliability and economical efficiency,such that it’s indispensable to research the generate CCD.In the study of the most important method is to apply Engine experiment.Owing to,there are numerous of influencing factors.At the present stage the correlation experiment of CCD research are divided into three types:The actual engine experiment,The simulation experiments of the engine outside and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics).Because of the complexity of the engine combustion environment involved in mass of parameters,CFD analysis and the results of the actual results may differ considerably.Therefore this thesis has carried on the reality engine experiment and the simulation experiments of the engine outside.The study is to investigate the effects of running condition on the combustion chamber formation in small two-stroke cycle engine.With separation piston divided crown and separation cylinder head,(In the piston top surface process out of small holes)To observe the CCDS(Combustion Chamber Deposit Streaks) showing signs of movement on the piston surface and component analysis.Heating plate flow experiments is that flat surface of the aluminum alloy processed into imitation of the piston surface shape.To study the influence of the lubricating oil to transform CCD by changing the velocity and temperature two factors. The visual observation of flow experiment is Smoke is squeezed into the cylinder with aerosol generation of meothd.Observed in various stages of movement of gas within the cylinder when change the crank shaft speed and angle.
