Experimental Study Of The Filtration System On Grundwater Taking Engineering

The design of the filter material on groundwater taking engineering is the core content. However our country still makes use of the design method of the former Soviet union of the20th century design experience. Because of the big differences between the design experience and our country hydrogeological conditions, our country’s engineers are often through the personal experience to obtain the value of the parameters, as a result of these factors, the engineering design randomness is very large. In allusion to the short of the study of the theory on the filter material, this article is to analyze theoretically its permeability and the failure reason.The research to the permeability of the filter material is the test method. In the test, the author found the fatal defect of the Specification of soil in determining the hydraulic conductivity of the big pore materials, which can’t guarantee for the condition of laminar flow. In order to solve this question, the author puts forward two options:(1) to raise the adjusting tube in regulating mouth of the constant water level permeability tester of the Specification of soil high enough, until the flow pattern for laminar (through the head difference of the piezometer tube given judgment).(2) to change the adjusting tube to feed line, overflow pipe to the pipe of the constant water level permeability tester of the Specification of soil, through the flow controlling seepage flow state (through the head difference of the piezometer tube given judgment). In addition, the author also analyzes the filter material to the permeability of the main influence factors and nonlinear flow of permeability coefficient calculation.The filter material to the failure of the research is to the investigation. The author in the process of investigation found that the failure of the filter material, except of the flowing soil and contact flow soil, contained the filter cake jams, the filter layer breakdown and "stagnation" three failure mode.
