| The high-energy buildings not only exacerbate the global energy shortage, also deteriorate the city’s ecological environment, decrease the indoor thermal comfort, and even restrict the sustainable development of economic, environment and renewable energy. Recently, Chinese building is in the stage of rapid development, which rising our building energy consumption steadily, and increasing the pressure on China’s energy. Therefore, reducing building energy consumption and promoting energy conservation vigorously have become the problems that brook no delay.The research object of this article supported by key project "Urban Construction heating-loss Monitoring and Evaluation technology Research with Remote Sensing" promoted by Ministry of Construction. The study area is Yichun, using remote sensing technology and field investigation. It takes the construction heating-loss study as the background, do researches on measures of building energy-saving by exploring rapid monitoring technology for large area of building heat loss and analyzing influencing factors of building energy efficiency. Finally, this paper gets two aspects to promote the rapid development of China’s building energy saving from technology and policy recommendations.The main work and result of this thesis are list as follows:1. Building surface temperature retrieval method by RS technology. The Qin et al.’s mono-window algorithm and The Jimenez-Munoz and Sobrino’s generalized single-channel method, as the method for retrieving temperature of this article, to obtain surface temperature distribution of Yichun building, based on the high and low gain state data of Landsat-7ETM+thermal infrared band on February8,2009, and supplemented by intermediate parameter get from Landsat5TM and Terra-MODIS images. And then we can judge the heat preservation effect of the architecture.2. Ground data collection and verification. We recorded surface temperature information from single construction by the thermal infrared imaging devices to verify the accuracy of the remote sensing inversion. Comparison and analysis shows that, there is comparable because various factors are not consistent such as the record time and the information react from temperature. And we explored the influencing factors of energy saving effect for construction from basic information of building. But most of the earlier architectures are not on file, therefore this paper only do some theoretical analysis.3. Suggestions for building energy saving measures. There are two aspects for building energy saving suggestions:technical measures and policy system. The former include design, material selection, structure, energy saving monitoring technology upgrade etc, and the latter include perfect the policies and regulations, establish incentives, pay attention to the research and development of energy conservation technology, set up labeling system of energy consumption etc. The suggestions were presented to promote the rapid development of energy saving building in our country.This paper found the remote sensing identification and assessment methods for building energy efficiency based on various technical means include new and advanced RS technology, spatial modeling, fieldwork validation, spatial statistical analysis and so on, which realized rapid monitoring of a large area of urban building energy saving effect, and provides a good technical support for planning and evaluation of construction energy saving measures. |
