Continuous rigid frame bridge with reasonable structure, convenient, smooth driving many advantages, has become the first choice of large span bridge for grade highway and city expressway bridge, however most of the continuous rigid frame bridge deck pavement in through the operation soon appear sorts of diseases, and seriously reduce bridge comfort and safety.Current related studies focused on steel bridge deck, less research of continuous rigid frame is outcome, at the same time, deck structure has not been designed as a separate structure in existing specification.This article relies on scientific research project of Gansu province Communications Department (2010H023)《Stress analysis and study reasonable structure on asphalt concrete deck pavement of large span continuous rigid frame bridge in huang-tu area》 and Chongqing Jiaotong University postgraduate innovation fund project (2010(part two)-5)《Stress analysis and study reasonable structure on asphalt concrete deck pavement of large span continuous rigid frame bridge》 combines the entity project with Jing-he supper large bridge of Xi-changfeng highway, and analysis stress of bridge deck pavement on continuous rigid frame with ANSYS finite element, the main contents are as follows:First conduct site surveyed the disease of bridge deck on typical continuous rigid frame bridge deck disease the Chongqing area to statistics and analysis disease types and distribution of bridge. Comprehensive analysis of the causes of the disease, this paper recommends top of the transverse tensile stress and bottom shear stress analysis of the pavement layer as its structure mechanical control index. Establishing bridge pier and mid-span local model through ANSYS respectively to focused analysis.Established Jing-he River Super Bridge Entire bridge model by MADIS/Civil, checked stress in construction stage, and calculated the stress (strain) of using phase bridge including ultimate status, environmental temperature, shrinkage and creep for bridge, to extract stress (strain) on the node of local model section.Separately building local model of pier and cross-regional by ANSYS finite element software, considering different factors such as deformation of deck pavement and bridge together respectively, vehicle load, combination pavement and performance of waterproofing layer, to find out results and changes of local models. Basis on stress and variation by simulation analysis of asphalt concrete pavement, recommend priority of asphalt pavement layer material type and scope of rational pavement structure, for structural design and construction of bridge deck provides a theory of reference.
