At present, bridge construction projects have always paid attention to control oftemperature crack of large volume concrete, such as bearing platform and anchor, whilecontrolling of temperature crack of high grade concrete as pier body and tower body isignored. Because of the understanding of the hydration heat is not deep, many peoplehave always ignored the influence to the structure crack of hydration heat which lead totemperature concrete crack at early ages, particularly to the pier body and tower body.In this paper, through consulting great deal of literature, the reason of causetemperature crack of large volume concrete at early ages, the main influencing factors tothe crack, and the calculation theory of controlling of temperature crack are researchedby study on Chongqing Dongshuimen Changjiang river bridge. And the author suggestscontrol measures of temperature crack of Large volume concrete at early ages throughmaterial, mixture ratio, construction process and monitor in the paper. The constructionprocess of lower pylon column of Chongqing Dongshuimen Changjiang river bridge issimulated by Midas FEA to get the temperature and stress field of the construction.At last, the method of actively controlled to the concrete temperature by hydratedheat is introduced. And the method is proved to be a effective method by practiceengineering. |
