With the rapid development of transportation construction and tunnel construction technology becomes mature, all over the country there appear a large number of tunnel engineering construction projects. However, the early damages of tunnel asphalt concrete pavement happen frequently. For highway tunnel road pavement, this paper puts forward the reasonable and reliable tunnel road pavement system, not only can provide road tunnel performance and safety of excellent properties road tunnel, and to the maximum improve the use of durability. Based on the understanding of highway tunnel road pavement and flame retardant technology, I did the choice and research of the highway tunnel flame retardant the asphalt pavement structure.This paper puts forward the tunnel road asphalt pavement major damage form and mechanical characteristics, analyzed mechanism of the flame retardant asphalt, and its method and evaluation index, the choice of flame retardants also, then combines rely on engineering, list the three kinds of asphalt mixture shop outfit plan, the test analysis elected the optimal plan, optimum scheme in the construction stage, do the test and evaluation. In the final analysis, summed up a set of optimal highway pavement system of the asphalt pavement.The results show that:①The flame retardant of asphalt pavement structure used in Tunnel, it can provide a good road slide resistant performance, and improve the driving comfort, reduce traffic accidents, extend the service life of the road, reduce maintenance cost of the tunnel, bring huge economic benefits and social benefit for highway construction.②Through analysis of mechanical,8cm thick asphalt concrete pavement structure can fully satisfy the tunnel of the flexural stress and the flexural strain, it can resist the normal starting or brake1.4~1.75million times more than produced by the shear stress fatigue effect.③We recommend new APFR flame retardant agent, it will be add in SBS modified asphalt, and asphalt content for adding amount of5%. What can completely meet the tunnel flame retarding and smoke suppression request, to ensure the safety of using tunnel.④Through the recommendations of three road tunnel scheme of the comprehensive comparison, integrating with hemp road tunnel road pavement conditions of use requirements, recommend scheme i(AC20+flame retardant AC13) as tunnel road pavement structure, scheme ii (AC20+flame retardant SMA13) for alternatives.⑤Through the experiment sums up the road construction quality of influence factors are preparation for construction work, material mixing, transportation, paving and rolling links. Road test after completion of the degree of compaction, the structure, depth, and the coefficient of seepage water of sliding coefficient work after testing, and all the indexes to acceptance.
