The tunnel excavation is effected by a variety of factors. The reasonable excavationway has an extremely important on stability of surrounding rock. Danangou tunnel isone of the tunnel in Zhang Cheng highway and the surrounding environment ofDanangou tunnel is complex. Considering the various impact factors, fuzzymathematical is used for choosing tunnel excavation method.ANSYS finite element method is adopted to analysis and simulation of thesurrounding rock pressure and of deformation tunnel. The excavation method of the leftlane in Danangou sections (LK24+418~LK24+470) can be simulated by ANSYSfinite element method, which is chose based on fuzzy mathematical. The surroundingrock pressure and deformation of Da Nan Gou tunnel can be obtained by calculatingbased on ANSYS finite element method in order to guide construction of the tunnel.Tunnel design and construction is different from ground engineering, which is affected bymany factors. Crown settlement and convergence deformation of tunnel is the foundation ofdesign of the tunnel so that the prediction of crown settlement has a crucial role. Internaldeformation of the tunnel is a complex sub-linear systems, it is difficult to determine the tunnelsink by the general mathematical methods. Combining with the MATLAB mathematicalsoftware, the value of Crown settlement and convergence deformation of the Da Na Gou tunnelis predicted based on BP neural network and Elman neural network. Each neural network has itsown excellent characteristics so that the appropriate neural network can be selected based onfuzzy pattern recognition. If Crown settlement and convergence deformation of the Da Nan Goutunnel cross-section is forecasted, the time of the tunnel secondary lining is be determined.
