With the targets of setting up external gear pump overall dynamics model,this paperestablishes the gear pump trapped oil model, the gear meshing model and shell structure systemmodel. Through the model with simulation analysis and research the gear pump,so it can assessand predict the trapped oil pressure, meshing characteristics, and vibration characteristics,whileat the same time also studies the influence of different numbers of teeth on gear pump,the noisemechanism and the control method.The main work includes the following aspects:(1) with the length of meshing point to the the node for the entire paper position variables,establishes the gear pump trapped oil model, and concludes the related parameters of the gearpump, mainly including the calculate of flow,capacity and leak amount.(2) To study the effect of different number of teeth on gear pump in what aspects, it isconcluded that the combination of driving gear with more teeth and driven gear with less teeth ismore effective in flow characteristics,but bad for trapped oil phenomenon; while the effect ofthe combination of driving gear with less teeth and driven gear with more teeth is just on thecontrary.(3)The model of gear pump simulation can be concluded that when considering theinfluence of trapped oil pressure on gear engagement,namely trapped oil model and gearmeshing model coupling,the results are more reliable,more truly reflect the gear pump runningprocess. And shell structure system model simulation are divided into two parts, statics analysisand modal analysis,and to optimize analysis the pump casing, meeting the strength and stiffnessrequirements situation through reducing the shell thickness to reduce weight, saving material andimprove the economic efficiency.(4) Put forward to the gear pump noise experimental method, and study the noisemechanism, and raise the effective mechanism to control noise measures.
