Silty clay is extremely wide distribution in northeast. With the development of economy,more and more of the structures in the construction of silty clay foundation, on the deformationcharacteristics by the upper loads on the control, but also by the influence of the temperature.The current about load the deformation characteristics of silty clay see more research paper, butconsidering the influence of temperature is relatively little, it is necessary for silty claydeformation characteristics and the temperature of the relationship between the experimentalresearch.This article through the regular soil test and soil triaxial test in different temperature,determined the silty clay deformation characteristics and temperature relations: the shear testresults that the moisture content in certain conditions, temperature on the adhesion of soiltogether and internal friction Angle force significant influence, the temperature in the0aboveand below the influence law is also different, in more than0stick together force and internalfriction Angle are with the rise of temperature and reduce, in the0stick together force withthe reduction of force temperature increases, but no significant change the internal friction Angle;From triaxial test results on look, moisture content in certain conditions, its stress-strain curvechange rule and the general clay change laws are consistent, different size and temperature isclosely related to the peak value: the value of the lower with temperature and increase, in the20stable value, in the to15interval most obvious changes, the conclusions can be frozenfor the curtain to provide reference for the construction method; Peak with the rise oftemperature and reduce,in20basic stable value.Finally, on the basis of experiments with soil and classic the constitutive relation of themodeling concept, establish the moisture content of the consideration of certain conditions oftemperature on the silty clay constitutive model, and by using numerical simulation of thespecific engineering, the simulation results and the results were compared and verify theeffectiveness of the constitutive relationship.
