At present, Our power resources is very scarce, especially coal and oil resources are scarce, that has restricted the rapid development of economy in our country. One of the main work in our country’s life at moment was reasonable used and the development of new energy quickly. The first measures was taken by AC frequency speed regulation patterns, with the rapid development of electrical transmission technology, AC speed regulation system for the fast development. The data show that the power system about60%of the electricity generated is used in all kinds of motor and fan consumption, speed in communication technology, variable frequency speed regulation by its unique good stability, rapid response, wide range of speed and good effect of energy saving more and more widely applied in industry, and with the development of technology are cutting prices. By the original inverter frequency conversion variable pressure (VVVF) way to development of vector control now, direct torque control and the emerging of SVPWM vector control algorithm, so that the high frequency conversion control not only has the control characteristics of the steady state, also has a good dynamic and strong robustness, and dc speed control system can be compared. This paper based on DSP medium voltage inverter control algorithm with the relevant design.This paper first introduces the current situation of the development of the domestic and foreign medium voltage inverter, detailed introduces the advantages of medium voltage inverter and application field, and analyzed the inverter topological structure of the work principle and their respective advantages and disadvantages.Then, in the thorough analysis three-level inverter topological structure based on two-level and the traditional three level SVPWM realization, And based on the analysis of each specific implementation principle, and simulation by MATLAB. Through the analysis of the whole process in60°coordinate system realize the principle of fast algorithm SVPWM structure, and in MATLAB/SIMULINK build the above three simulation model and given the simulation results. Trough analysis the inverter voltage unbalanced principle phenomena, respectively, in the hardware and the software given the improvement of method and build the simulink model, and the result shows that this method is correct and effective. Then Protect circuit was designed and given parts of principle diagram. At last, the results of the hardware circuit show that the SVPWM algorithm was satisfy to the inverter control requirements.
