The continuous improvement and the innovation of products are important approaches of producing marketable products. Enterprises want to enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise products, which means they need innovative strategies to guide the design of them. However, whether the products are to be taken novel or adaptive innovation, the enterprises often seek product innovation which satisfies customers’ individual needs and neglect the proper utilization of available resources, new products are "misplaced" and never accepted by markets, as a consequence, a great resources are wasted and a large number of market opportunities are gone. With the development of the process of industrialization and society progress, the environment can not endure the massive consumption of resources in traditional innovation model, China’s12Five-Year Plan is clear to put forward building a resource saving and environment-friendly society as an important point to accelerate the transformation of economic development. In this context, reconfigurable product system provides a new thinking and a new method to propose the enterprise out of the woods, and respond to the government to build an eco-social planning.Reconfigurable product system is a typical customized products system and product development strategy based on integrated innovation. By improving their own reconfigurability, the products can reuse. Only a little custom made has to be modified or re-developed to meet the market changes Flexibly. Obviously, in order to build an advantage of reconfigurable product system and achieve the purpose of energy-saving emission reduction, reconfigurable product system needs a scientific and rigorous logic design theory to support it, while simplifying product structure and eliminating redundant functions in the condition of meeting the individual needs of customers. Axiomatic design is widespreadly applied and recognized by many scholars. Therefore, axiomatic design theory is important to expand the study of reconfigurable product system and the development design process. It is also can improve product system reconfigurability and resources reusability, reduce consumption of resources while achieving energy-saving products. To meet the customer customization requirements, the enterprise can achieve the optimal allocation of resources, reduce product development cost and time-to-market, gain time for the enterprise and so on. Cost and quality are competitive advantages and of great significance to enhance enterprise products based on integrated innovation capability of independent innovation.Through Axiomatic design theory to guide the use of of system and process methods, can establish the basic framework of a reconfigurable product system development and design methods. On the one hand, according to the theory of reconfigurable, this study defines the product reconfigurable, and puts forward the idea of reconfigurable product system based on analysis of product reconfigurable exemplifying products in manufacturing enterprise, defines the basic characteristics of reconfigurable product system, compares the significant differences between reconfigurable product system and traditional standard product system and analyzes the advantages of reconfigurable product system. On the other hand, using of "Z" mapping method of axiomatic design, based on variance analysis of the mapping process in the design of reconfigurable product system and product system, this study plans the four-domains mapping process in the implementation of reconfigurable product system from the identification and the conversion of the four-domains, then develops research on relevant enabling technology such as modularization, unitization and standardization, and verifies the mapping process realized. Furthermore, this study designs a reconfigurable evaluation index system of products in the reconfigurable product system and makes reconfigurable evaluation on reconfigurable multimedia system by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation which tries to provide reference to improve the reconfigurable of reconfigurable multimedia system.
