There is more and more Reactor coolant pumps (RCP) being put into operation along with the Nuclear Enlarge rapid development. According to the specification, by way of the key equipment of reactor main coolant system, the Reactor coolant pump (RCP) should be overhaul maintenance about every ten years to ensure the safety of the Nuclear Powder plant. The problem of RCP inner part’s high radiation and maintenance difficulty must be resolved before the RCP overhaul maintenance.In this paper, for the goal of overhaul of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant (QNPC)300MW Nuclear Power Plant RCP, we’ll research and develop the inner part decontamination system and maintenance special tool basing on the RCP manual.To the inner part turning device, we take the means of Solidworks Simulation finite element analysis software, to analysis the components the force and distortion of the four typical gesture inner part during the process of overhaul, and affirmed the reliability of the turning device.To the inner part decontamination system, we developed the ultrasonic-chemical-decontamination system according to the component of the pressure water reactor main loop activated corrosion products, and verify the practicability of the decontamination system.
