When it comes to building envelope in hot summer and cold winter zone, adopting the system of self-simulation could avoid the defects of external insulation system and external insulation system. However, it encounters new problems in promotion stage, and one of them should be solved as soon as possible is the problem that how to choose the proper construction of thermal bridge for meeting the insulation requirement. This paper presents4evaluation indexes of heat transfer results in thermal bridge: equivalent heat transfer coefficient of thermal bridge, influence scope of thermal bridge, influence coefficient of side flux, temperature fluctuation of thermal bridge. Based on these indexes, the insulation capability of different constructions in different self-insulation system(shale perforated brick, aerated concrete block, sandwich insulating brick)is researched. By comparing the indexes,4factors which relate to insulation effect are summarized——the backward distance of exterior surface of wall, the insulation thickness at the overhanging structure, the domain of insulation layer and the material of self-insulation system. The further study draw the conclusion that under given conditions the backward distance of exterior surface of wall is120mm, the insulation thickness at the overhanging structure is10mm, the domain of insulation layer is800mm.The present method could evaluate the heat transfer in thermal bridge more accurately and more entirely than existing methods, and could also provide reference for choosing and optimizing the construction.
