With the accelerated development of the ocean economy in Zhejiang Province, a growing number of port area highway will be constructed in the broad sea area, its design standards, wet and dry conditions, the mechanic characteristic and Protection of embankment Slope are different from the coastal highway, the in-depth study on establishing "security, economic and practical" seawall highway standard system is necessary.Relying on the toumen port area highway in linhai, the main techincal problem about the seawall highway design will be summarized and discussed:1, Huge wave is common in zhejiang sea area, the height of embankment is still great, even if the elevation of embankment is based on Hi3%wave high.the conclusion is neither economical nor unreasonable on account of deep soft soil in Zhejiang sea area. In this paper, the tide level and the wave detminded by wind speed are combination to determine the elevation of enbankment, a new way of thinking is provided for similar engineering design;2,Through multi-program comparison, the steep wall embankment section is pointed to adapt difficulty to the deep soft soil and should not used in the seawall highway project; the combined embankment section is suitable relatived to the sloping embankment section because of saveing the use of sea and reduceing the cost.3, due to the complexity of the geotechnical engineering, the stability and settlement of soft soil embankment must be Dynamically monitored. Through Summarizing the commonly used method of monitoring and settlement prediction, appropriate monitoring standards and pre-throwing high value are proposed, to ensure the stability of the embankment as well as the design elevation of controllable. 4, a variety of wave dissipation measures and engineering applications are collated and analyzed. the theoretical calculations weight of wave dissipation block is not enough According to the conclusion of physical model test. Block stability factor in the theoretical calculations need to be reduced.
