| LED lighting has characteristics of high efficiency, long-life, high luminaire efficiencyand environmental protection, so it is considered as the fourth-generation lighting. With theacceleration of urbanization and the country pay attention to energy conservation, LEDlighting gradually reveals its attractiveness and competitiveness on the road lighting.Researches of the road lighting control system are also a hot direction, which usually collectslights operating parameters, and send them to control center to achieve long-range control ofstreet lamps. The LED street lamp monitoring terminal in this paper is based on Power LineCommunication, and now this technology has been widely applied to the Automation MeterReading, such as water meter, gas meter and electricity meter. This technology treat powerlines as communication channel during signal transmission which take the place of dedicatedcommunication lines and reduce a lot of wiring cost that makes the technology of Power LineCommunication has broad prospects. The LED street lamp terminal controller of this papercomposed by master-slave control unit using Power Line Communication module KQ330made by Sichuan Ke Qiang electronic.The slave control unit can sample operating parametersof single lamp (such as voltage, current, temperature) and switch on/off the lamp, then sendthese data to the master control unit with power lines. The master control unit can process anddisplay sample data, and send the switching control instruction to the slave control unit.In order to ensure that the LED street lamp has long life, high efficiency, it must have ahigh quality driver power supply. The100W LED street lamp driver power consists of twoparts: the former stage for PFC improves the power factor, the latter stage for DC/DCcompletes power convertersion, output voltage limiting and constant current. The PFC stagebased on Boost converter using IC OB6563, which can acquire power factor above0.98whenthe input is mains supply (220V,50Hz). The DC/DC stage based on Flyback converter usingIC OB2203.OB2203has QR control function that is to say switch tube will be turn on whenthe MOSFET’s drain voltage has a trough. This can reduce loss of switch tube and reduceEMI. |
