The coal,oil,natural gas and other fossil energy with the development and utilization isresulting in the pollution of environment,in addition the primary energy is becoming less andless. The development of clean new energy has be imperative Solar energy is resourceful,potential,no pollution. In the future,it will be the important energy. The countries in theworld pay attention to the photovoltaic technology,and the photovoltaic grid-connectedinverter is the main direction of research. With the rapid development of digital signalprocessing chip,DSP makes the control algorithm of photovoltaic grid-connected inverter canbe realized. In this paper,the control chip is TMS320F2812,and the object of study is2KWphotovoltaic grid-connected inverter.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background and development situation at home andabroad of photovoltaic grid-connected inverter,then outlines the composition classification,and topological structure of photovoltaic power generation systems. Secondly,the DC/DC、DC/AC circuit structure of the non-isolated high-frequency grid-connected PV system andthe working principle of the Boost step-up circuit and the single-phase full-bridge invertercircuit in steady state are analized respectively. Then,designed for the capacity and theoperating frequency of the system,the values of energy-storage inductor and capacitor inBoost circuit and the filter inductor and capacitor in the LC output filter for the single-phasefull-bridge inverter are analyzed and calculated,providing a theoretical basis for selectingcircuit parameters of grid-connected PV system.Then,the selection principle for the grid-connected inverter were introduced. On thebasis of several commonly used output current control algorithm,current inner-loop controlwith power feed-forward combined with dead-beat control method is proposed in the paper.Mathematics model for dead-beat control system is set up.Finally,the compositions of hardware platform based on TMS320F2812includes powermodule, driving circuit, protection circuit and zero-crossing detection circuit, and designprinciples are introduced.
