Transformer operates safely,in addition to the excellent selection of technical qualifiedtransformer outside, but also continue to improve the running,maintenance and repair level ofthe transformer,transformer condition assessment and scientific maintenance is necessary,theexisting limitations of online monitoring technology is more difficult to reflect changes in thenormal operating conditions transformer condition.Therefore, in this paper, the followingwork has been done based on the available transformer test data of Huizhou Bureau.In this paper, Microsoft SQL Server2005Business Intelligence platform is used byHuizhou Bureau to analyze test data over the years, based on the present actual workingcondition, combined with historical operating data.The PTLOAD provides data to establishstate assessment method which can determine the operation insulation status of transformer.The change of transformer insulating state in normal operating conditions is studied in thepaper,the transformer top oil temperature and bottom oil temperature model of the internaltemperature is establishmented,the insulation state change of transformer on the normaloperation condition is studied. At certain temperature and driving frequency,the micro-watercontent can be obtained by measurementing real or imaginary part of complex permittivity ofoil-paper insulation. The impact that various components of oil on the oil relative permittivitywhich can be concluded.The mechanism of the transformer insulation aging and the impact factor of oil-paperinsulation aging are analyzed,the method of the oil-paper insulation aging state isintroduced.The application of the dielectric response method in oil-paper insulation isstudied,the physical model is tested,the effect of the oil gap, micro-water, temperature on thedielectric testing is tested,and the expression of micro-water is derivatived.According to the theoretical analysis, the pre-established model and laboratory thedielectric test data, combining the Huizhou station transformer normal and fault historydata,we test the power transformers in Huizhou Bureau based on the media response, sum upthe oil gap temperaturemicro factors such as water dielectric test for the analysis oftransformer insulating state level.This work for the good assessment of the status of the transformer has an importantsignificance, it has important guiding significance for the transformer condition assessment ofthe Huizhou Power Supply Bureau.It is help to shorten the time of transformer conditionassessment, improve the stability of Transformer Operation.
