G project based on the parent company’s operating model, promote the project as soon aspossible to achieve the opening conditions for back section of funds, to ensure adequate cashflow stability, and the "fast" strategy is the project schedule management. But parent companyproject schedule is the traditional critical path method, only considering the time constraintrelations, did not consider the resource constraints, and the process to determine the durationtoo conservative. Therefore, a lot of the progress of the project can not achieve the desiredresults, and seriously affect the company’s sales performance. The critical chain method ofschedule management is an effective way to solve the various problems. In this context, thestudy of this problem has a certain practical significance.This article summarized the progress of the project management issues of G project,proposed a solution to the problem, that is, through the identification of critical chain, set upand manage buffers, build critical chain schedule management model, and the model isapplied to the G project. Finally, the critical chain schedule management compared with theconventional schedule management method,verify that the validity of the critical chain on theprogress of the project management, to make up for deficiencies in the general progress ofthe project management, controlling more accurate scientific schedule objectives. Solved aseries of project delays about the duration uncertainties are more difficult to accuratelyestimate, and the process relationship is complex enouge not easy to reasonably arrange.In this paper, the critical chain method takes into account not only the context constraintsin the process, but also taking into account the dual constraints of time and resources.Therefore, from the perspective of system critical chain management can give full play to thepotential for project managers to effectively reduce the safety margin of workingarrangements, and to reduce the risk of project delays, so the timing of the process morescientific and reasonable. Effective method to develop the project schedule and control, notonly can ensure the quality of works while, efficiently guiding the construction of completeand accurate use of scarce resources, ensuring the building with the least cost to promoteworks to ensure effective goals to complete.
