Research On The Parallel Technology In High-Current Based On The ZVS Full-Fridge Phase-shifting Converters

With the development of the switching power supply, Low-voltage and High-Current to become the development trend of high-frequency switching power supply.The paper studied the key technology of the high-frequency inverter power supply in low-voltage and high-current, such as the soft-switching technology controlled by full-bridge phase-shifting, blocking parallel current-sharing technology.First, it described the history, status and theories of the all parts that involved in the high-frequency inverter technology in low-voltage and high-current, studied the principles of the soft-switching controlled by full-bridge phase-shifting, and summarized of Scotty diodes based on a number of full-wave rectifier circuit output to meet the individual modules in parallel output low voltage, high power requirements through the comparison of the full-wave rectifier output and synchronous rectifier output.Second, it researched the parallel current-sharing technology in switching power supply in current control mode, solved a number of modules running in parallel output low-voltage and high power requirements, designed the15V/670A soft-switching power supply module in phase-shifting controlling, and achieved parallel current-sharing in the same parameters on the basis of analyzing above-mentioned theories.Finally, the design module of continuous testing, debugging parameters to optimize the design, summary of problems and shortcomings.The paper studies the phase-shift control and parallel current-switching power supply technology deeply. On this basis, the switching power supply can be more scientifically analyzed, used, designed, simulated, and experimented.
