In this paper, based on the characterization of the600MW direct air-cooling unit, using the air-cooled heat exchanger module in FLUENT numerical simulation software to model the Air-cooled unit. And with simple algorithm and κ-ε turbulent model, adopts a porous medium model handle the air-cooled condenser of finned tube, numerical simulates the air cooling island external flow field, it is concluded that the different environmental conditions the air-cooled condenser of thermal in different environmental wind temperature and speed, then analyses the environment condition changes on the air-cooled condenser heat transfer effect. Then changes fan operation mode and simulates the different environmental conditions of air-cooling island, analyzes the external flow field in a different environment conditions of different fan operation way the air-cooled condenser heat transfer effect, Using the air-cooled condenser variable condition theory, calculates with the variable condition, obtains the heat transfer efficiency of the first two windward rows of fans. Finally, using the finite element analysis theory and ANSYS finite element analysis software to analyze the force and displacement situation under the35m/s wind load and get the best structural design, provides certain theoretical reference for direct air-cooling unit in the actual operation. |
