There are lots of reasons cavitation, since human beings first found the cavitation phenomenon for more than one hundred years people have in cavitation mechanism of a lot of study, but because the fluid flow pump of the complexity of the state, always can predict and control of the pump cavitation, how to prevent cavitation, improve the resistance of the pump cavitation performance is still an important research topic. Papers to give water pump cavitation as the main research object, combined with DG230-64type boiler feed water pump in the operation of the power plant, deeply discuss the feed water pump cavitation produce, the cause of pump NPSH determine methods, prevention to water pump cavitation occurred the effective measures, and to water pump cavitation occurred after solutions, from the design and use of the two aspects of the feed water pump cavitation to solve the problem. So as to avoid the of the feed water pump cavitation resulting from the damage, it is improving the unit operation safety and efficiency of power plants.The results of the study show that, if there was a feed water pump cavitation, can through to give the pump and pipeline system is the entrance of the reform, improve the resistance of the pump cavitation performance, so as to eliminate the cavitation phenomenon. |
