Circulating fluidized bed boiler, as a new clean coal technology, has a broad application prospect in our country, and the large-scale circulating fluidized bed boiler has began to be used widespread. In this paper, the solutions analyzed from aspects of equipment control and operation optimization has been proposed to the300MW circulating fluidized bed boiler of Qinhuangdao Qin Heat Company, which has some typical representative problems in operation, including heating surfaces severe wear, slag discharging system blockage and pollution, low boiler economic behavior. This paper put forward the solutions from both aspects of equipment control and operation optimization.From the points of actual operation principles and the heating surfaces wear theory, the area where heating surfaces severe wear was confirmed, and the reasons causing the wear includes the high speed of flue gas, high ash concentration, the large hardness of bed material, poor quality of installation and maintenance of the fixed pipe clamps of external bed. The relevant measurements to prevent the wear were proposed; The result shows the main reason for slag discharging system blockage and pollution in air-water combined type ash-slag cooler are too many gangues in coal and low fluidization wind rate of each bin of ash-slag cooler. The measurement was put forward to optimize the slag discharge logic and change the ash-slag cooler type. The reasons of low boiler economic behavior were analyzed from aspects of improving boiler thermal efficiency, reducing the power consumption rate and reducing equipment failure rate, and the best operation parameters were obtained from boiler combustion adjustment tests. The result shows that the boiler economic behavior could be improved by choosing the proper coal grain size, proper organized combustion and optimizing the quality of automatic regulation and other aspects. So it can provide some experiences and references for domestic large-scale circulating fluidized bed boiler safe operation.
