Cement soil is a cheap price of new building materials relative to the concrete, its main advantage is the economical and practical, in addition, it is also easily obtained and has a wide range of sources of raw materials, can enhance and improve soil properties, plasticity, and formed immediately etc. So in recent years, cement soil more and more widely used in engineering at home and abroad, there are good prospects for development. The effect of soil cement stabilized are different, this paper reinforce three different soil (sand, silty clay, red clay)with three different cement using calcium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, Obtained reinforcement effect of calcium hydroxide to the cement of the red clay is the most obvious by comparing of the Red clay. Therefore, the main object of study in this paper is the red clay and do test of cement soil mechanics performance. The unconfined compressive strength of cement red clay was tested. The factors that affect the strength are as following:cement content, age, calcium hydroxide content, degree of compaction. Research the effects of them on the strength of the variation. Obtained, the optimum cement content of cement red clay15%; The intensity of cement red clay has been growing with the growth of age, but the growth is slow after90days; Calcium hydroxide can increased the strength of cement red clay obviously, cement soil unconfined compressive strength was enhanced with the increase of the cement soil compaction, the degree of compaction has greater impact on unconfined compressive strength of cement red clay. The following conclusions are obtained through the simulated freeze-thaw cycle of laboratory test:When the cement content is less than10%, cement soil loss the frost resistance; when the cement content is20%. after12freeze-thaw cycle, the strength loss is37.7%; when the cement content is1.5%, after12freeze-thaw cycle, the strength loss is44.2%.Adding4%of calcium hydroxide in the cement content of15%cement soil, after12freeze-thaw cycle, the strength loss is23.3%. Therefore, the frost resistance of cement red clay can be improved by adding calcium hydroxide. The stress-strain curve of the cement red clay were studied, and found that under uniaxial compressive the stress-strain constitutive equation basically in line with the Zhenhai Guo stress-strain constitutive model equations. And the SEM were made to study the microstructure of cement red clay. The pore size of cement red clay tends to decrease with the growth of the calcium hydroxide content.
