Phasing out the ineiffcient production is listed as the national economic developmentstrategy. The power electronics converter devices of huge electricity consumption and smallinstalled capacity are obsoleted in all walks of life. The output current of the DC powerelectronic converter equipment is increasing. And the demand of its control and protection isbecoming higher and higher. All the time the control and protection circuit of the powerelectronics converter devices are constituted with analog devices that the commissioningworkload is heavy, dififcult to series and batch produce and restrict the progress in this ifeld.With the rapid development of the power electronic technology, it is urgent to improve thecontrol circuit.The thesis precisely aims at this need, makes the best of advantages of the MCUand CPLD, not only can complete the functions of pulse phase shitf, phase sequenceadaptation, lack phase protection, over-voltage and over-current protection etc, but also addsadaptive fuzzy PID control, liquid crystal display, on line monitor to the convert. Thisintelligent controller can adaptively control the object changes and the interference impact.Meanwhile it realizes friendly human-computer interaction and debugging visibility. It has theadvantages of easy to use and volume-produce,and the market foreground is wide.
