On Fast Precise Measuring Technologies Of Track Slabs Of High Speed Railway

The technics of making track slabs of high speed railway determined that detecting the trackslabs was the precision engineering measurement technology. Throughout the development ofthe domestic technics of measuring track slabs, it is not difficult to find that the new technics ofmeasuring the CRTSIII track slabs is the prototype of the foreign technics of measuring CRTSIItrack slabs. Although it has some innovation, but the efficiency of the new technics on measuringthe CRTSIII track slabs was still not high and it failed to bring greater benefits to the actualproduction.Put forward a scheme on how to calculating program of the track slabs parametersindirectly and how to measuring track slabs based on polar coordinates measuring system andphotogrammetry system. It was proved by experiments that the new method of measurement ismore precise and more efficient. It is found that measuring track slabs by photogrammetrysystem is the most precise more efficient of three. In this paper, there were some importantworks as following:1. According to the state about measuring track slabs, this paper points out the background,purpose and significance about measuring track slabs.2. Put forward the new method about calculating the parameters of track slabs indirectly,and derived the estimation formula of the precision about the related parameters.3, Researched automation coding method and measuring plan which based on the polarcoordinates of the measurement system, and the experimental results verified the measuringaccuracy and efficiency.4. Researched automation coding method and measuring plan which based on thephotogrammetry system, and the experimental results verified the measuring accuracy andefficiency.5. Write the program for calculating track slabs parameters.
