| This paper, by using digital simulation technology, analyses the multi-output flyback converter operation mode in heavy load and short circuit conditions and the output characteristics of cross-regulation, and set up multiple output converter drive controller detailed digital simulation system model.First.This paper studies the flyback converter two operation mode of work process, combined with converter system circuit diagram, make a detailed numerical analysis of the working process in the various stages, determine the circuit parameter design calculation method, which is the output of the converter into adjustable characteristic analysis on the establishment of numerical basis. From the angle of mathematical analyses the transformer coupling field caused by the fluctuation of the circuit parameter adjustment on the detailed derivation.Second.Multiple-output PWM converter control chip technology has been relatively mature, integrated function is becoming more and more powerful, but has yet to have the function of the portable numerical value control module, a systematic simulation must want to build with local function of the digital control module. This article through to a new current mode PWM controller function analysis and its each module modeling, build a versatile portable digital simulation platform of the digital system can perfect realization of power tube driver, and have over voltage protection and over current protection function. This paper will also be the digital system used in triple output of flyback converter system digital simulation, not only verify the digital model itself functions and reliable, and also further research into the output characteristics of cross-regulation.Third.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the output converter into adjustment mechanism, and then the produced by digital simulation method is validated in-depth analysis of the research into the characteristics of the specific tone when simulation model, simulation model is appropriate, in under the heavy load high reliability work converter system design proposed in this paper is the key. In heavy loads converter and various work mode of the numerical simulation method and this model parameter modification is very easy to operate, and can be used for transient analysis, in the under voltage operation or in the current mode starting process, even in the short circuit output mode, can also through the modification parameter, the simulation analysis and according to the simulation results, improve the safety and reliability of the converter. |
