| Power system frequency is one of the three major power quality indexes,which isequilibrium relationship between the generating power and electricity power,which isthe important coefficient of the stable operation in the power system,which has animportant security and stability of the relationship on the user equipment and supplyequipment itself. Frequency of power system is vulnerable by load disturbance toform frequency deviation. For the setting of electric power system frequencydeviation coefficient and rapid estimation, the existing method is not very good tosolve it. For the existing problems, this paper carried out the research, which mainlyreflect in the following four aspects:First of all,it introduces the meaning of on power system frequency deviation. Itanalyzes present situation about the power system frequency deviation, while itsummarizes the research method and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages ofthese methods.Secondly, it discusses the static frequency characteristics of the power systemload and power generation units, meanwhile it analyses dynamic frequencycharacteristics and the frequency adjustment in the power system, whcich hasguiding significance for further study on the system frequency deviation.Thirdly, It introduces the frequency adjustment of power system.Regional ACEis an important index to guide the efforts of AGC, but frequency deviationcoefficient decides the size of the the area ACE, so the study of power systemfrequency deviation coefficient is extremely important.The basic principles offrequency deviation coefficient is selected for analysis, comparison with fixedcoefficients and variable coefficients in frequency deviation,the frequency deviationcoefficient for all-day time periods in different operating modes is proposed. Theexample shows the advantage of all-day time period frequency deviation coefficientby simulation.At last, Through the research of model about the existing system frequencydeviation, it puts forward a more convenient system frequency deviation model,which is used for rapid estimation and calculation on the system frequencydeviation, meanwhile it can calculate the maximum frequency deviation. comparison with the actual unit of the simulation, this model can be applied. |
