| Currently, energy is the main restricting factors for human economic and socialdevelopment, and seeking clean and renewable green resources become the necessary choice tosolve the human energy crisis and potential pressure. Tidal current energy with its big storageand clean advantages more and more get the favor of people. But it is hard to fully get tidalcurrent energy because of lower velocity and periodical change directions. A kind of diversiontype tidal current turbine was designed in the paper. The turbine not only solved the problem oflower velocity but also adapted to the characteristic of periodic change direction. It is of greatsignificance for fully get tidal current energy.First of all, the overall design of the diversion type tidal current turbine was designedaccording to the actual working condition and technology indexes of power station on the basicof existing application technology at home and abroad, including support carrier, transmissionsystem and convection devices, etc.Then the flow field of the blade of the turbine was simulated with fluid analysis softwareCFX, and loaded the pressure of blade to ANSYS finite element analysis model for strengthanalysis. The cavitation erosion of the blade was also studied in the paper.The inherent characteristics of the gear box was analyzed with finite element analysissoftware ANSYS to get the inherent frequency and natural vibration mode.Finally, the basic structure and the working principle of convection devices of thediversion type tidal current turbine were described, and the structure of bearing was selectedaccording to working environment and stress was analyzed to ensure the stable operation of theconvection device. |
