With the development of science and technology, more and more computer technologyare used in the industrial field. A variety of advanced computer technology is widely used inthe aircraft assembly technology of manufacturing of aircraft production. The development ofdomestic and international digital manufacturing technology is analysised. At the same time,control system based on a flexible assembly platform is designed, focusing on the elaboratedesign of the control software of the control system. The entire design is accomplished underideological guidance of the DCS (Distributed Control System). Delta PLC is selected as lowercomputer for control system, while upper computer control PLC with the serialcommunication. Ball screw is driven by servo system to achieve the purpose of preciselycontrol speed and displacement. And finally the purpose of the entire system on visualization,controllable and real-time monitoring is achieved.The needs of control system are analyzed, combined with the characteristics of assemblyplatform. Firstly, a brief introduction of control system hardware design for the flexibleassembly platform is given. In order to make an appropriate design combined with the controlsoftware. Then communication design, visual model of the real-time tracking display, systemcontrol and monitoring functions in the realization of the software as well as system softwareanti-jamming measures of the entire control system are introduced.Communication design of the software control system is the core of the system design,which is a data transmission channel of the system. From the top to bottom, communicationdesign is divided into three parts, the serial communication design, the relay of PLC internalregisters design and communication of servo system design. The achievement of systemcontrol and monitoring function is to achieve the purpose of the demand of the system. Thechapters of control and monitoring system elaborate how software control system to achievethis purpose and requirements.Based on the opencascade technology, the design of the visualization model real-time tracking part is an improved and strengthened software control system. It can make it easier toobserve the movement of system for operator and make timely adjustments to the state ofmotion of the system, in order to analyse and make timely adjustments to the state of motionof the system.Anti-jamming of software is an indispensable part in the software design systems, andgood anti-jamming design can guarantee the accuracy and stability of the system.
