| Controlling system is the guidance system of aircraft, whose performance determines the accuracy and reliability of aircraft. The research of the aircraft will focus on the research of the controlling system in the future. Control system is the system of a full automatic vehicle attitude to adjust the vehicle, analyzing and processing the flight state of received data, and indicating the mediation rudder actuator. This thesis is the control system of vehicle based on the TMS320F28335DSP (Digital Signal Processor). the main research is the structure, including the manufacture and design of the controller, the debugging and the experiment.First of all, this paper expounds the general design of flight control system. A detailed study is system structure of the DSP as the control core. From the a control system’s performance requirements and the cost, it is decided to use the brushless DC motor and its motor drive, position sensor and navigation system. Finally, it is that the TMS320F28335as the core processor, the sampling control circuit, PWM and peripheral driving circuit.Then, this paper introduces the smallest system of DSP and its peripheral circuit in detail, DSP controller includes system power supply, clock circuit, serial communication, the voltage conversion, filter circuit, PWM circuit and an isolating circuit. At the same time, that is the implementation scheme of software.Finally, debugging the controller, improving the deficiencies of the system in the debugging process. In short, this research is the aircraft control system of controlling aircraft flight path, through the attitude between the rudder and the flight, basing on high precision DSP, using the advanced navigation system of MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) obtaining steering rudder position.Through the test of each function module in this control system, it indicates that this system can realize the sensor module’s data of the real-time acquisition and control the steering system’s function. The analysis of the factors affecting the performance of the control system puts forward the hardware’s and software’s improvement. |
