After the recycling of waste concrete block is crushed, washed and graded, according to certain proportion and class mixing them into recycled aggregate which all or partly replace some natural gravel aggregate (mainly coarse aggregate) such as sand. Then add cement, water, or part of the preparation of natural aggregate make into the new concrete which referred as recycled concrete (RC) or recycled aggregate concrete(RAC). The waste recycled concrete is seen as one of the main measures of the development of green concrete which has a very clear environmental benefit, economic and social benefits. Therefore, the development of recycled concrete technology has become an important topic to research scholars at home and abroad. This paper refers to the recycled aggregate concrete technology in the development of the status at home and abroad and the main research results and proposes to the develop of recycled concrete technology for sustainable development of society is required. Recycling the dismantled concrete block on damaged roads in this region then breaking the aggregate as a pilot. The basic performances of recycled aggregate, such as sieving, accumulated density, apparent density, water absorption percentage, crushed index and so on, are strictly according to the standards of "Test Methods of Aggregate for Highway Engineering"(JTG E42-2005). Taking the mix ratio design methods of the recycled concrete into account, C30RAC is produced by using different water-cement ratio, sand ratio, unit water consumption. AT the same time, according to the requirements of " Test Methods of Cement and Concrete for Highway Engineering"(JTG E30-2005),this test researches their workability, mechanical properties and frost resistance and analyzes the influence of above factors on the performance of recycled concrete, mechanical properties and frost resistance.
