| In order to eliminate the mechanical friction in entrainment pulley elevator, no touchã€no friction maglev technology was applied in linear elevator control elavater car, so thatthe shake and the ill effects of friction are thoroughly eliminated in elevator runtime. Inthis paper mainly researches air-gap control in y axis system of single maglev guidingsystem to eliminate effect of the parameter uncertainty and external disturbance on the airgap and achieve stability and anti-jamming.Firstly, For the problem of maglev guiding system in linear elevator, The magnetic ofthree U is fixed in guiding system "Eight-Maglev" topology struction. The mathematicmodel and nonlinear state-space equation of near balance point of single electromagneticguiding system were established. Comparing nonlinear model of current and voltagecontrol and considering the constructability, controller is designed in based on currentcontrol model. So that elevator car is stable suspension in magnetic guide system, to ensurestability of suspension and fast restorative in air gap change.Secondly, to simplify nonlinear features of signal maglev guiding system, T-S modelof multi-objective controlã€piecewise linearization and modeling convenient is adopted toapproach signal maglev guiding system. To solve uncertainty of signal maglev guidingsystem of linear elevator based on model parameter uncertainty, the PDC method isadopted to design fuzzy controller of uncertainty of signal maglev guiding system of linearelevator of T-S model. Fuzzy controller is obtained by LMI, the simulation results provethat the elevator car can stable suspend in fuzzy control, and signal maglev guiding systemof uncertainty have certain stability.Finally, for solving model uncertainty of signal maglev guiding system and externaldisturbance of when people and goods enter into elevator, whole control model is obtainedin based on T-S model of signal maglev guiding system. Fuzzy robust controller isdesigned based on T-S model of signal maglev guiding system and quadratic stability ofclosed loop system of fuzzy robust controller is proved. LMI is used in obtain controller of H performance index and prove stability of closed loop system. The simulation resultsprove that control system can assure stable suspension of elevator and restrain externaldisturbance. Compared with the simple fuzzy controller, fuzzy robust can assure quicklyrespect of signal maglev guiding system of external disturbance and uncertaintyã€smallovershoot and restrain external disturbance. |
