Rare earth permanent magnet motor with high efficiency, light weight, reliableoperation, and other notable features, almost covers all kinds of motors, which showsimportant development direction of motor discipline.The essay first introduces the research present situation of the finite element methodapplied to the analysis of the magnetic field of permanent magnet motor, and then putforward the research content of this essay. Design permanent magnet synchronous motorrotor structure used for washing machine and put the permanent magnets shape, size andmeasurement in optimization. In allusion to the actual working condition of the permanentmagnet synchronous motor, utilizing the characteristics of permanent magnet motor todrive low speed high torque load, carry on the design of motor. According to the workingprocess, the motor speed of the actual need, make the placed way of permanent magnetmotor, rated torque and rated speed. Around different rotor structure of the built-inpermanent magnet synchronous motor,the finite element method is used for the analysis ofthe motor magnetic field calculation study. To radial type and hybrid type of permanentmagnet synchronous motor magnetic isolation magnetic bridge, magnetic steel differentthickness and different width, axial distance, air gap structure and structure parameters,through analysis and calculation of electromagnetic field, and find out the structureparameters and leakage coefficient, air gap magnetic tight waveform, the cogging torqueand other parameters of the relationship, reduce rotor leakage,motor manufacturing cost,harmonic content and improve the air gap magnetic close.In addition, permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor structure also affect themotor temperature rise situation,so for safe use of consideration,the article study the V built-in permanent magnet motor internal heat source temperature rise caused by thesituation, and through the experiment verified. At the same time, in order to reduce motorrotor manufacturing complexity and the permanent magnet motor weight and increasemechanical strength, analyse structure stress situation of permanent magnet motor hollowshaft.
