| Loss and the temperature rise has always been a big problem in the field of permanentmagnet motor, analysed the permanent magnet motor loss and the temperature calculationand analysis has the important meaning to improve the motor material utilization andpower density as well as the instruction design of electrical motor. Based on permanentmagnet ac servo motor loss and temperature rise calculation and analysis are studied, andthe main contents are the following several aspects.First of all, through the many sets of permanent magnet ac servo motor experimentrespectively, iron loss correction coefficient are checked. Analysis of the reason of the ironloss correction coefficient changes, and summarizes the rule of iron loss correctioncoefficient of surface type permanent magnet AC servo motor with fraction slot.Secondly, this paper analyses the permanent magnet axial section to the loss of theeddy current effect,and analyses space harmonic and time harmonic to the permanentmagnets for the loss of the eddy current effect based on three dimensional finite element.At last, this paper respectively study on ac servo motor temperature field about aircooling way and liquid cooling way. Compile a set of equivalent thermal network programfor surface rotor magnetic circuit structure permanent magnet ac servo motor to calculatethe temperature.After a8.8kW motor verification, the difference between calculation andtest value is4%.At the same time this paper puts forward a new method of end processingin three-dimensional temperature field calculation, the same with8.8kW motor as anexample, three-dimensional temperature field of the motor was studied using the newproposed method, the difference between experimental value and calculated value is2%,proving that the new proposed method has high accuracy.For permanent magnet ac servo motor of liquid cooling way, when uses thermalnetwork method and the finite element method to calculate motor temperature rise,considering the existence of end heat conduction glue, puts forward the processing method of heat conduction glue in calculating the temperature, after a4.08kW permanent magnettorque motor verification, the difference between experimental value and calculated valueby the finite element and the thermal network is10%. |
