| In recent years, along with the social and economic development, the consumptionspeed of resources is speeding up gradually. In order to solve the problem of rapidlyconsumption resources, on the one hand, people are constantly developing new renewableenergy, on the other hand, they are vigorously promoting the development of energy-savingprojects. LED lighting technology has been widely valued in such background. As a newgeneration of lighting technology, LED is energy-saving and efficient, which will bepredictable primary lighting system in the future.According to the need of high-power LED lighting, this paper designs a drive circuitof200w LED light source. Firstly, this paper discusses the development status and timebackground of LED lighting technology. Then different characteristics and their ownapplicable scopes of three driven architecture are comparative studied. Finally, this paperchooses LLC type half bridge resonance layout as the main design ideas, and makes upPFC and DC/DC port around FAN6961and FSFR2100. In the premise of adjustingelectromagnetic parameters and dynamic characteristics, it completes circuit structures, inthis paper the design of the circuit is explained, and expounded specific works。Theanalysis of the main factors which affect the high power driver’s working is given out, anduses the Protel to draw craft layout.Finally the200W LED driver samples was successfully produced, and successfullydrived a LED lamp after applied on it., then carries out optical and electromagneticcompatibility testing, the result indicates that the drive circuit’s power factor is0.979,and iscompatible for90VAC~264VAC input, bears180W~240W output range. The workingtemperature is maintained at about50degrees. EMC test also meets EN55015standard.The power supply system which is constructed on the PLC circuit can reach the Originalintention of meeting intelligent control and a better energy saving. The entire design fullymeets the design requirements. To be compared with the similar product, this drive circuithas higher practical value. |
