Retrofitting Project, increasing concrete beam connector is a weak link structure, affect the structural safety, earthquake resistance, integrity and stability. Therefore, the concrete beam connector and then increased significance.This paper studies the alveolar connection16and then increased concrete beam shear resistance, to determine the shear span ratio of0.3. the connection with beams, the beam longitudinal reinforcement ratio and stirrup rate of change parameters, Test and Analysis of its anti-crack, stiffness, and carrying capacity.Test the whole process of cracking under static loading and the failure patterns observed and recorded in the cracking load, ultimate load, the loads at all levels under the beam deflection, beams relative angle between the beam-column interface cracks, the relative sliding and the strain of concrete, and reinforced on the basis of analysis of the concrete beam and then increased crack resistance, stiffness and bearing capacity.Each group of specimens by finite element software ANSYS simulation, and the simulation results were compared with experimental results verify. Analysis with ANSYS post-processing view of the specimen, the internal stress and strain distribution analysis of each specimen, the stress state.Test results and finite element analysis:beam-column interface after reasonable treatment, and then increased concrete beam and column concrete bond better shear resistance can be achieved or close to the effect of beams the entire cast. Beams shear strength after the increase in utility computing in the proposed formula and experimental results agree well with the reference of practical projects.
