The reliability of telemetry system is a key factor which dominates the success or failure of aircraft flight tests. The testing platform offers functional testing, fault detection and localization for the key equipment of telemetry system. To begin with, the thesis summarizes basic component part, development progress and current situation both here and abroad of standardized testing platform. The developments and trends of North University of China’s military ATE in the past20years are emphatically described. Starting from the analysis of ATS’ATE basic model, we construct the UUT information model of excitation、 response (PCM streams) and test. Proceeding from the angle of the test implementation, internal excitation, response and test methods are formed by the UUT working condition signal and the analog equivalent signal which provided by within of the testing system. Based on the idea of standardization, modularization and industrialization, this article implements the general technical research.First we propose the design of system-level communication protocol for the testing platform. At the same time we introduce detailed data buffer (protocol called register) which designed by the storage resources of the FPGA and the standardized functional board kernel control protocol which based on the register. The standardized the module registers function set and expanding the command set is in accordance with the unified allocation of test resources and UUT measuring point signal, and achieve the signal match, routes reach ability and resource optimization. The core idea of the kernel protocol is centralized control, which make various control signals into data. Simultaneously we introduce the type and structure of the asynchronous serial data standards packet, and formulate normative standard communication protocol, and control protocol between PC and PCI data transfer communication protocols, the backplane protocol design, functionality board kernel on the basis of the basic packet types. Finally, we carry out the study of the reliability of the transmission system based on the error control techniques.Once again we carry out the hardware and software design of the functional board for the telemetry equipment ground test platform modular. We put forward target equivalent design methods which based on the demand of every function test, and design the modular host computer, PCI boards, backplanes, digital and analog sources. In order to make functional groups which are same or similar packaged and integrated on one board. By the optimization and reorganization of test functions which raised by the task books in recent years, this chapter is mainly to complete the reorganization and the design of software and hardware for the same or similar functional groups.Finally, through the analysis the technical requirements which raised by the assignment book of a type of comprehensive measurement controller test bench, and the required functions are combination and optimization, we implement the product application of Standardized function module group. And it has applied to the development of the test products for a type of comprehensive measurement controller successfully.
