Development of China’s railway is rapid and it has a bright prospect in nationallong-term development planning. With the property of high speed, railway vehicle systemplays a more and more important role in promoting the development of transportationindustry. For railway vehicles, safe and reliable are the top priorities, which is also thefoundation and lifeline of the development of railway vehicles. The safy and stableoperation of transmission system, which is a core part of railway vehicle running gear, is thebasic guarantee of traffic safety.Based on high speed rail car transmission reliability test bed, we collect informationsuch as acceleration, analysis data and drive train fatigue damage mechanism of high-speedrail vehicles.In this paper, we build a high-speed rail vehicle drive train model of fatigue damage,which can though the test point acceleration information count the component of stress.Using rain flow counting method for stress calculation and statistical information, we getwhat artifacts by stress spectrum information. we calculated the fatigue damage values ofthe damage model of monomer matter-element. And according to the relevant knowledge,to component damage are calculated in typical conditions, so as to determine the classicaldomain and domain. Using analytic hierarchy process extension, importance of eachcomponent were analyzed, the calculation of each component weight. Using analytichierarchy process extension, importance of each component were analyzed, the calculationof each component weight in the end, through the components of high speed rail cars drivetrain fatigue damage model, computing component associated with the classical fieldmatter-element function, determine the railcar transmission system damage level.This Paper introduces extenics, using Matlab at the beginning of the data processingprogram and rain flow count method, is constructed based on matter element of extensiontheory of monomer fatigue damage model, based on extension theory of high speed railvehicle drive train model of fatigue damage, can determine the high-speed rail vehiclefatigue damage level, for high-speed rail vehicle drive train fatigue damage research toprovide reference and basis.
