Cavity structure exists widely in spacecraft, especially in advanced aircraft which is as the basic structure. The cavity in the gas stream flow oscillation prone to strong noise, which directly affect the performance and safety of the aircraft. The flow control technique can effectively change the flow field structure of the cavity, thereby reducing the flow oscillation, and increase aircraft flight performance. Based on the research status, analyze the mechanism of cavity flow and carry out related research work about flow control technology. the main contents are as follows:(1) According to the characteristics of cavity structure and flow, the different structure of the cavity flow field structure is analyzed. Using different the cavity frequencies estimate methods, the frequencies of different cavity structures in this article are estimated under different orders of the different wind speeds. With Large Eddy Simulation numerical method simulate the different structure of the cavity. Comparative analysis of different cavity flow field state, is the research of cavity simulation test platform to provide theoretical basis;(2) Research the functional requirements of cavity simulation test platform and analyze the difficulty and key points of each part function. The model bracket module, the cavity, and observation module, gas supply module and stress testing module functions are researched and calculated. Analyze the characteristics of each part of the structure, and ultimately enable the function of each part to be achieved. The common cavity simulation test platform is designed;(3) Based on the research of the flow control technology, analyze the control mechanism of flow control technology. Here is mainly to passive control mechanism of the flow control technology. Based on the analysis of mechanism of frontal spoiler excitation technique and high-frequency pure tone excitation technique the article designs frontal spoiler actuators and high-frequency pure tone generator with related calculations and analysis to structural achieve function requirements. Finally through the wind tunnel test to measure the passive flow control technology for the cavity flow field structure of the impact.Research work of this paper is accord with cavity flow mechanism and flow control technology research trends, research for the follow-up of the cavity flow mechanism and flow control technology research to provide theoretical and experimental basis.
