Turbomachine occupies very important position in national economy, especially in the whole heavy industry system. Axial-flow turbomachine is widely used in aviation, ships, missiles, tanks and high-speed heavy duty locomotive, power stations, air separation, smelt and other high-end technology. The internal flow in the axial-flow supercharged turbomachine is extremely complex, and experiment needs high cost and long cycle, therefore, this paper with the aid of advanced CFD technology, based on actual engineering project, mainly adopt the method of numerical simulation, to study the real situation of the internal flow in axial-flow supercharged turbomachine, and coupled with the appropriate analysis of the experimental verification and to understand the rules of the occurrence and development about the flow phenomenon. This research methods is widely used in Turbomachinery industry at present.For a multi-stage axial flow gas compressor, this paper use CFD numerical analysis software NUMECA to study the configuration of the internal flow parts and the mapping rule between the aerodynamic performance and probe into its design characteristics. Combining the numerical method and simulation, to understand the laws of the load distribution and flow components parameters; We especially study the characteristics of its working substance, such as:component is complex and parameters is easy to change in the flow process and its influence on the performance of axial flow gas compressor, to find calculation method, make it accord with the requirement of engineering precision, and analysis summary the design characteristics of multistage axial flow gas compressor, to provide technical support for improve and modeling design of axial gas compressor.For a axial-flow fan of high-power locomotive cooling tower, in this paper, we based on the original data of the imported cooling fan, according to the new design requirement of locomotive, based on one-dimensional, calculation method to improve the impeller and many groups of structure parameters are obtained.3D entity model of blade and impeller were established, based on these data. CFD numerical analysis software NUMECA is used to study the internal flow filed of impeller. Through the performance comparison and according to manufacturing requirements, impeller scheme is determined, and some samples were manufactured, and experimental verification of the aerodynamic performance has been completed. In basically unchanging the physical size and limiting the power, reducing the rotate speed, under the severe premise of realizing outlet wind pressure improved relatively and the improvement of the efficiency.
