Energy shortages problem has proved to be a hot topic in today’s world. To solve such an issue, developing and wielding wind energy which is clean and renewable increasingly becomes a popular field of research. At present, the wind power equipment with high-power and high-reliability is the future trend, requiring better system design and maintenance of the wind power equipment gear box. Considering the space constrains and adverse working conditions of gear box, its volume optimization is critical for the design and manufacture of wind power equipment. The structure with equally distributed planetary gear contributes to the power bypass function, and reasonable load sharing properties is the key to this function.Taking the two-stage planetary gear transmission system for NW planetary speed-up machine as the research object, this paper established the dynamic analysis model of system and studied the its dynamic load sharing behavior. The optimization design model of system based on the minimal volume is built under the condition that the reliability of system is availed.Firstly, the dynamic analysis equation of the planetary transmission system was established. Tangential freedom, radial freedom and axial direction freedom were taken into consideration in the model. At the same time, the paper analyzed the external crack drive, the time-varying meshing stiffness excitation, error incentive and damping incentive in detail.Secondly, the dynamic load sharing characteristic of the system was analyzed in this paper; the load sharing coefficient of the planetary transmission system was obtained through solving the dynamic equations;the influence from the manufacturing errors and installation errors of the system component such as sun gear, gear ring, planetary and bearing was discussed.Thirdly, parameter optimization design model was established with minimum volume as the objective function. Through solving system dynamics analysis equation, this paper got the vibration displacement in each degree of freedom and displacement along the meshing line. On this basis, the application factor and dynamic load coefficient was obtained. The paper, ensuring the system reliability and regarding minimum volume as optimization goals, established the parameter optimization design model with the input conditions of the application factor and dynamic load coefficient. The proportion of weight loss of the model and load sharing coefficient in the different reliabilities conditions was got through the analysis of optimization results.Apart from that, comprise the load sharing properties optimized with the original design.Finally, for achieving the design and implement of the graphical user interface, the GUI program was implemented through MATLAB based on the optimization model.
