Research On Public Space Design Of High-tech Park

The international competition is becoming increasingly fierce with the acceleration of the process for economic globalization. However, the real competition is the level of science and technology competition.The satisfaction on the working and living conditions degree of high-tech talents as the main body of the park user, as well as the development of the innovation environment of the park,is directly related to the pros and cons of public space environment for hi-tech park,for hi-tech park can promote the scientific research to convert an important carrier effectively.Hi-tech park in Chinais developing rapidlyalthough in its infancy.But there are some problems, which hinder the development of high-tech parks, such as public space environmental integrity and diversity are not strong enough, etc. In such a case, how to create a high-quality space environment, which can notonlycreate a rich and strong atmosphere of innovation, but also promote the exchanges between the high-tech talents,andpromote information and knowledge totransformthescientific research and help establish a unique corporate culture, becomes a major problem for the designers and managers of mutual concern. For the reason that, the purpose and significance of this study is toexploreand analyze the characteristics of public space high-tech park and seek a reasonable design ideas.Firstly, this study has a generality summary of concepts and features of high-tech park and the public space. Secondly, ithasaninvestigation and research on the status quoof public space of China’s high-tech park development, and then summarizesthe impact factors,anddiscusses the controlling principle of public space. Afterwards, the study putsforwardthe proposed design of public space, and focuses on theprimary node of the hi-tech park space, finally completethe theory of interpretationof the article resultsthrough the practice of the planning&architecture of DANDONG international optical industrial park.
