Geometric measurement in shipbuilding is an important part of hull construction precision technology. With the development of measuring technology and computer technology, three dimensional measurement of hull section has become true. Three dimensional measurement of hull section is dependent on the analysis of the deviation between measurement points and model. Development of processing system after measurement including deviation analysis and generation of deviation report is the key of implementing three dimensional measuring on hull.Designed the overall design of processing system after measurement, and built the system by utilizing HOOPS/3dAF component in MFC framework application. According to the characteristics of measurement points deviation analysis, designed proportional segment to restore measurement points and relative markers. Based on the research of exiting registration method, realized initial transform of measurement points by two points transform and three points transform. Based on the selecting theory of HOOPS and HOOPS/MVO architecture, designed the interaction of picking points by mouse for the initial transform. Based on MFC dialog technology and MFC message mechanism, designed the interaction of selecting number of measurement point. Then used the nearest points search algorithm to match measurement points to management points and calculated the error between above points. Designed HOOPS annotation and matching points form to express the visualizing of deviation. In precision registration, designed interactions of one point-axis and two point-axis to realize the shape measurement points to model. This paper implemented the length marking and angle marking through in-depth research on the principle of HOOPS annotation drawing. Implemented the function of generating deviation report, allowed the model to show in two-dimension rendering effect by setting HOOPS rendering mode and camera parameters, then implemented the loading of report template based on the conversion of coordinates in HOOPS. Achieve the goal that generating the deviation report file by the research of HOOPS input/output architecture.The processing system of above design was basically completed. The test result of program showed that the system can achieve each function smoothly proving the rationality of the overall design and technological choice.
