Compared with other type engine type,Turbine rotor engine is small and efficient.In areas such as aerospace, energy, and ships drive is widely used and has a broad prospect.Along with the Economic development and industrial progress,the rotational speed and performance requirements of the turbine engine is more and more high than before.With the increase of turbine engine speed,Strength calculation and experimental analysis of the turbine engine has a higher requirement.In order to make the turbine engine can work safely and effectively, the strength analysis and the dynamic analysis of the counter rotating subsystem is necessary.Computer simulation analysis (CAM) provide favorable conditions for rotor strength and dynamic analysis.This thesis is based on a turbine engine as an example,Based on SOLIDWORKS set up the model of turbine engine rotor system of3D simulation model,and Based on the professional finite element analysis software SAMCEF ROTOR and ANSYS to analyze the strength of the ROTOR of the turbine engine system and ROTOR dynamics.3D simulation model of the turbine based on SOLIDWORKS by means of "points-total" modeling approach,The establishment of3D simulation model of the turbine is the rotor, the stator, and the connected component of the model,then assemble in a SOLIDWORKS assembly interface.Based on SOLIDWORKS3D simulation model of the basic conform to the actual structure, it alscanensure the integrity of the model, for the following rotor strength and dynamic calculation are based.SAMCEF ROTOR is a professional commercial analysis for ROTOR dynamics analysis software.Based on some type turbine engine as an example, the strength and dynamic performance analysis of ROTOR system, calculation of critical speed and harmonious response analysis, emphatically introduces the SAMCEF ROTOR on the ROTOR dynamics performance computing applications. In order to calculate the results closer to the actual engineering application, this paper also USES the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the intensity of the simplified model and dynamics analysis, the results were analyzed.
