The high-power DC speed control system is widely used to drive the special mechanism on the engineering ship due to its excellent performance of speed control and its high reliability; it is the heart of the engineering ship. On the basic of researching the high-power DC speed control system, this article designs a set of high-power DC speed control system based on PLC for the reamer driving system on the engineering ship.The speed and current double loop speed control system is widely used into practice due to its excellent speed control performance. But when the armature current occurs discontinuous states, some parameters of the system will change, which will do harm to the control performance of the system. This article adopts the adaptive control method on the traditional speed and current DC speed control system to automatically change the structure and parameter of the controller with the parameters of the control object, so the system will be always in excellent state. This article uses MATLAB to simulate and test the system, the simulation results show that the system is reasonable which can meet the requirement of the high-power DC speed control system in the engineering ship.This article adopts PLC as the core controller, detects the speed of the DC motor〠the current of armatureã€the temperature of the DC motorã€the of Thyristor rectifier through detecting circuit, and then sends to PLC for processing to get the control signal, the control single will be sent to the TC787chip to get the triggering single to trigger the Thyristor rectifier to realize the speed control of the DC motor. For the software part, the STEP7Micro WIN SP6is used to program, this article uses the ladder chart language to program the logic control and adaptive control algorithm.Finally this article uses the Kingview to design the monitor system to display the running parameters and alarm parameters. |
