Central heating has become the most important heating mode in the northern region, so the most important problem to be solved in now is that put forward effective energy-saving measures for the central heating system, and effectively improve the energy efficiency of the heating system. This paper introduces the research of thermal load forecasting based on the analysis energy consumption of various aspects of central heating system, and achieve the "on-demand heating" by a control method, to truly improve the energy efficiency of heating systems. The main contents are as follows:1. Analysis of the four main areas of the specific energy consumption (heat, heat transfer stations, heating network, heat users) central heating system, pointed out the energy-consuming equipment and types of energy-consuming of various aspects. Then put forward the concept of energy efficiency analysis, and point out that energy efficiency is a relatively accurate evaluation method which can more intuitive reflect the heat matching between heat source and heat users.2. Establish the mathematical model of various aspects of heating system based on the law of conservation of mass and energy, and then establish the simulation model of various aspects and the whole system by MATLAB/SIMULINK tool. Analysis the dynamic relation between the heat load at heat source the user side of heating system when the external factors change, the results show that the heat load of heat source has a large lag, it has Guiding significance for the load regulation of heat sources.3. Introduce the structural principle and calculation process of BP neural network and conduct Thermal load forecasting training with BP neural network toolbox in MATLAB. The result shows that the method can well predict the thermal load status of the heating system, it can provide a data support for the regulation of the heating system.4. Introduce the basic principle and structure of the automatic heating control system, and control algorithm at the heat source (boiler). Fuzzy-PID control algorithm is a precise control algorithm on nonlinear problems. After analysis of the regulation of the boiler operation and energy-saving principle, the regulation of the boiler design using Fuzzy-PID control algorithm, it has a good control effect when used in the control of the heat source. 5. Analyze the energy-saving principle of variable frequency pump and control valve which are the most important devices of heating control system, and put forward the way of control valve selection, it provides support for the exact implementation of technical control for the heating system...
