Nowadays, many countries are paying high attention to the reproducible technique, because the energy consumption and environment protection are two of the most severely problem. This thesis is derived from the project "seasonal thermal storage of solar energy and shallow geothermal energy" that founded by the Science and Technology Development Plans of Shandong Province. The purpose of the project is to carry out the theoretical study and promote the comprehensive utilization technology of solar and shallow geothermal energy. A demonstration project of solar and shallow geothermal hybrid air conditioning system was set up, which is an innovative test for new technologies to overcome the defects using a single heat source. With the development of information technology and automation technology, higher requirements for monitoring the field devices and process parameters of the hybrid system were proposed. In order to receive the goals of automation, intelligent and networked, A monitoring system of solar and shallow geothermal energy hybrid air conditioning was designed and implemented, successfully applied to practical engineering. The construction of the monitor system not only make the experimental studies carry out efficiently, but also provide technical reference for promoting and application of the new technologies.Firstly, the component and design of the monitoring system of the complex conditioner with solar and shallow geothermal energy were introduced, the statistic of control and detection parameter of solar energy and shallow geothermal heat system were got, then the monitoring system scheme was determined based on the number of detect and real situation. An FCDS system that based the field-bus to control and collect the data of the device was proposed to apply in the monitoring system. The selection of PLC I/O modules, communication modules, intelligence instruments and protocol converter was done. The programming task, including the data achieving and the devices controlling, was implemented by the STEP7.Secondly, the data was stored and displayed in the computer by the program of the configuration software-WinCC. The human-computer interface was fulfilled according to the experiment requirement, which could give us the service of alarm display the history curve and remote access. To overcome the data processing shortcomings of WinCC, VB was used as a bridge to complete the connection of WinCC archive database and EXCEL. The.exe program was created. The experiment data can be queried and exported conveniently by imbedding the.exe program to the WinCC surveillance system.The energy conservation potential of the frequency control of the water flow in the buried pipes side of the ground source pump was discussed at the end of the paper. At last, the fuzzy control method was proposed to achieve the control of variable flow, the control is based on the expert experience, and the fuzzy control parameter table was received by the off-line calculated.
