| Steel and concrete composite hollow floor is a new type of composite hollow floor. It consists of wave style steel web plate in the middle and reinforced concrete plate in both side. The form of the structure is the same with traditional ribbed beam hollow floor. The transverse shear is bore by the corrugated steel web plate. It can greatly reduce the weight of the structure that replacing reinforced concrete in the traditional ribbed beam hollow floor with corrugated steel web plate. It also satisfies the requirement of longer span and has a lot of advantages such as energy saving, material reduction and so on. Ribbed beam with steel web plate is suitable for industrial production and can be assembled conveniently at the site through reasonable design. This also meets the requirement of floor structure in the process of building industrialization. As a new type of structure, steel-concrete composite hollow floor need total theory study of working mechanism and deformation characteristics. This needs exploring reasonable design theory and methods and analyzing the factors influencing the structure of the new floor, providing supporting for further theoretical research and practical engineering application. This paper focuses on the elastic theory analysis of steel-concrete composite hollow floor under transverse load. Main content:The first chapter mainly summarizes the floor in the research and development situation at home and abroad, introduces the study thought and meaning of the new structure of he steel-concrete composite hollow floor, and puts forward the main research content of this article.The second chapter builds reasonable computation model of steel-concrete composite hollow floor which was simplified for the sandwich plate theory and get the results by Hoff sandwich plate theory. In chapter3, the finite element analysis model of the steel-concrete composite hollow floor was established by finite element analysis software ANSYS. And stress analysis was conducted under the condition of static loads. Then the law of deflection development and the internal force distribution of the steel-concrete composite hollow floor and the traditional ribbed beam deflection hollow floor. It provides a reference for the theoretical research and engineering applications of composite steel-concrete hollow floor.In chapter4, the influence of the plate thickness, rib width and rib height on the internal forces and deformation of the steel-concrete composite hollow floor was studied. In the same time, the influence of single geometric parameters on the mechanical properties of the steel-concrete composite hollow floor was discussed. And the reasonable values of these parameters were proposed, which provides a reference for the research and design of this floor. |
