In recent years,Iarge span prestressed continuous box girder bridgeshas been widely used in our country. According to certain survey, most of built continuous beam bridge has emerged some damages like continued under torsion box beam body damage and fracture in cross during construction or operation stage, which would affect the daily use and maintenance of the bridge. Therefore, it is necessary to analyses the reasons for these damages and propose proper suggestions and procedure for real engineering project.In this paper,Foshan Muayang Bridge has been taken as the engineering project background, the length orientation of Guangdong transportation hall "The Design and Construction Technique of Long-span Prestressing Concrete Continuous Bridge for Serviceability" has been used as the analytical method of the project, and by means of theoretical derivation and MIDAS Unite element software stimulation. Continuous beam deflection and cracking has been analyses.The following is the research content:(1)By referring to the paper of development and research information of long-span continuous beam bridge, iscover the general law for common damages of continuous beam bridge at the beginning.(2)Taking continuous beam bridge as background, use MIDAS Civil to run finite element stimulation for long-span continuous beam bridge and analyze full-bridge deformation and stress condition; apply different Shrinkage and creep mode, loading the age of to analyze.(3)Apply MIDAS Civil to set up Hierarchical pouring finite element model for Huayang Bridge0#block box girder, process heal of hydration analysis, acquire temperature and stress effects of hydration heat generated in the construction process, investigate features of cracking, and propose some suggestions for construction.(4) Generally introduced the development of steel fiber reinforced concrete in China and abroad, then apply it to finite element model, analyze how they affecting the continuous beam deformation and construction of the heat of hydration.This paper have concluded some experience for controlling cracks and long-term deformation which could be used as suggestions and guide for construction.
